BROOKLANDS CAR PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE NOVEMBER 27TH
27/11/2011

Honda CR-Z, Ferrari 288 GTO, Daimler, TVR and Audi R8
A real mix of cars today, a stunning Ferrari 288 GTO, Daimler, TVR mark 2, Morgan Sports, Honda CR-Z and an Audi R8 SV10 Spyder. The first set up was based around Concorde and the aviation air field at Brooklands which makes for a great backdrop, the bright red of the 288 looking particularly Striking along with the blue skies, no need for any polarising filters here. The emphasis on these courses is about composition and using the right depth of field to create the right mood for the shot.
After a break for lunch we went over to the banking of Brooklands circuit, the steep banking makes for some good angles to emphasise the stance of the cars. The photographers were using a mix of wide angle and telephoto lenses for various scenic and detail shots. The day finished off with the old Shell petrol station and aircraft hangars, another successful day and with more courses booked in for next year a great opportunity if you want to have a unique set of photos of your portfolio. Please contact me for next years car photography course dates, gist vouchers are also available, ideal for a Christmas or birthday present.
