With profile photographs for actor and actresses portfolios they need to be in black and white, so with this in mind we used some shaded areas in various locations, the backdrops were based in the Royal Park in Gravesend, with old buildings and an ampitheatre around it worked well for locations and different views of Siobhan. I also used some diffused light coming through some trees so lighten up the skin tones. Camera settings were 1/100 @ 2.8 with 1/3 over exposure which just softened the skin in camera, black and white conversion was then done on the RAW file and just lightened very slightly afterwards, or if needed just a very subtle tweak with the curves tool in photoshop.
