The Alpina B2.5 was converted by Sytners in the UK from a standard 325i. There were 200 of them made, they had a stainless steel Alpina exhaust system, a re-mapped ECU, Alpina wheels, steering wheel, gearnob and bodykit and about 220bhp. The suspension was also changed to Alpina spec, but the cars which already had Motorsport suspension from the donor 325i kept that suspension setup.

The car looked stunning in the bright red paintwork, and owner Graham has kept the car in immaculate condition throughout. A big thank you to Goodwood racecourse for allowing us to use the venue as a backdrop, with the overcast sky and backdrop of the countryside it provided a great setting for a very special car. As usual the Profoto lighting kit worked well to enhance the vivid paintwork and also the interior of the car.

The full article and photography will feature in an edition of BMW Car magazine very soon, they will also publish some of the images online and across social media channels.
