FORD POWER LIVE CAR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
21/09/2020
I was covering the Ford event with the RS Sussex owner club and Mustangs Unleashed group, the photos will be used online and in some car magazine publications. It’s always nice to meet up with fellow car owners and have a chat about our cars, modifications and plans for the next stage of development, along with future events and trips.
Ford Power Live entered the Ford calendar with a bang in 2017, and returned to the Snetterton Circuit in 2018. With classics to brand new models, from US legends to European icons every Ford imaginable was celebrated. The event offers an excellent combination of on track action and off track entertainment throughout the day, for every Ford lover to indulge in. This year the event made its second appearance at Brands Hatch motor racing circuit, set in the heart of the Kent countryside.
The highlight of the day was seeing the Formula 1 legends doing a few laps of the circuit, these included the the iconic Benetton B190, made famous by racing legend Nelson Piquet. It was also a nice ddtioon to see two sessions where owners could put there classic and modern Ford's on track. The day ended with a spring run in the Grand Prix circuit, this was a chance to floor the cars for a standing start on the legendary circuit. This is certainly an event to keep an eye out for, plenty to see and do along with some great racing as well.
