Tuesday evening at The House of Commons in Westminster, not for the Brexit vote but to cover a more light hearted event, the Parliamentary pub of the year awards photography...
Members of Parliament had voted for their top pubs across the UK and in regions for the 2019 pub of the year awards, hosted in the terrace at the Houses of Parliament the backdrop of the London vista and the Thames provided a beautiful setting for the eleven pubs nominated for an evening of entertainment.

The event awarded each regional winner with a trophy and then by a vote the top five shortlisted went head to head, the overall winner was the Four Elms, based in Cardiff, Wales. The photograph was to capture the group awards winners and general candids throughout the evening, the photos will be used nationwide by the British Beer and Pub Association and the individual pubs and MP's.
