Waiting for the ideal weather this time of year is sometimes a waiting game, fortunately this week was perfect to photograph commercial property of Logan House, a new three storey business complex in the heart of Canterbury...
Logan House is a brand new 9,760 sq ft Grade A, 3 storey office building in Canterbury city centre with 44 car spaces, an excellent ratio of 1:215 sq ft net. Highly visible from Canterbury’s ring road (fronting Rheims way), Logan House is in close proximity to the city’s rail connections and within easy walking distance of Canterbury’s extensive and vibrant restaurant, retail, leisure, education and tourism amenities. The property has just recently been completed and the developers had asked for some interior and exterior photographs of the building.

The photographs were taken early morning when the sun was in the ideal position to light the building, then an early evening shoot to cover the interior and exterior photos at dusk, this time of year just after 6pm was perfect as the traffic was busy and the office lights were still on. I used the 14-24mm wide angle zoom lens and tripod for some long exposures to cover the commercial business property photography, the daytime images were taken with the 24-70mm lens.
