MICRO ROASTERY CANTERBURY

The Roastery serve coffee at the shop for sit in and takeaway through their La Marzocco espresso machine which is calibrated to serve the perfect espresso at 94 degrees and 9 bar pressure with a short pre-infusion. The photo shown was taken on the Samsung Galaxy S5 phone, impressed with the quality of the camera as it the ideal lighting conditions it produces very sharp files, promise the X100S or 1D's will be featured on future posts!
