The new sixth form prospectus is currently being designed and with this in mind some portrait and candids of the students were taken in a variety of locations. Afterwards the second part of the shoot covered hockey, netball and science. With some time in between this was used to get a mixture of ages to show the new school uniform which will be used on the schools soon to be developed new website.
I used the 70-200mm lens today, on a full frame camera the 70mm end of the lens gives so much flexibility. The lens hood also came in to effect as I was shooting with the sun to camera right a lot of the time, on some occasions I left the hood off to bring in a bit of flare to the images as well.
