PLUS 200 CLUB CAR PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINING HERTFORDSHIRE

02/10/2013
Plus 200 Club deal in specialist & often rare cars which means that the photography has to be to a high standard as a lot of the performance cars can be limited editions and Neill wanted to reflect the quality of the cars he stocks in the photographs. We started by going through the basics of the camera and setting up the Canon 1100D in manual mode so that Neill had more control over the exposure settings, always tricky when working with different coloured cars.

After running through the cameras menus and some editing tips we then set about using one of the cars in stock, I showed Neill how to use some low down angles to give the car more presence and also how to avoid unwanted items in the background, also some fill in flash on and off camera would help in some of the problems he was having with interiors as well.

If you are interested in one to one car photography training then please let me know, I also offer a range of car photography courses at Brooklands Museum in Surrey, dates will be set for 2014 soon, please let me know if you would like to register as the places are limited.
