CAR PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINING COURSE BROOKLANDS MUSEUM

11/09/2017
Brooklands Museum has recently been under development with the start finish straight being redeveloped and the move to of the aircraft hangars, the whole site has been opened up and you can sense the atmosphere that would have taken place here over 70 years ago. Today for the course their were. Mixture of Porsches including 911s and a 356 speedster, two US muscle cars in the shape of a Corvette Stingray and a Mustang along with some iconic British sports cars and courtesy of Motorline Lexus the stunning new Lexus LC500H which in metallic black with its red leather and alcantara interior stood out against the historic Brooklands backdrop.

As usual the group was made up of six photographers, some amateurs and some who were looking to develop their already impressive skill set. With a mixture of sunshine, cloud cover and the odd light shower you couldn't have asked for a better day to photograph a collection of stunning looking cars. We went through composition, lighting and the use of depth of field to enhance the overall image and also the detailed areas of the cars interiors so that each photographer had a group of photos of each car, the big advantage as well is the clean backdrops that we are able to use with no distractions just the cars in a great variety of settings.

The 2018 car and fashion photography courses will be announced very soon, please contact me for more information and to be put on the mailing list.
