THE ROYAL WELLS HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY KENT

19/05/2013
with a perfect blend of Victorian elegance, modern comfort and luxury, and individually designed rooms the hotel offers a calm haven after a busy day, whilst Chalybeate Restaurant and Beau Nash pub provide an extensive range of eating and drinking options. The Royal Wells Hotel owes it regal title to Queen Victoria, who made frequent visits as a young princess in the early nineteenth century. She later granted the use of her coat of arms, which is proudly displayed at the top of the building.

Today was an ideal timeto cover the photos for the Royal Wells as they had a number of functions taking place in the evening, with all of the rooms dressed for the occasions the brief was to cover wide interior photos of the rooms along with some detail images. After covering the room images I finished the session with a mix of clients enjoying the hotels hospitality in the bars and restaurant. The 17-40mm covered the room photos and the 70-200mm 2.8 provided the photos of the hotels customers, all of the room photos were tripod based and the 5D MK3 providing the 17mm end of the wide angle zoom to its optimum use.
