FRUIT PRODUCE AND INDUSTRIAL PHOTOGRAPHY KENT

11/01/2013
The brief was to cover some of the machine in situ as well as the grapes passing through the machine from beginning to the final packaged product ready to go off to the supermarket and wholesalers. The lighting was very lean and with the aluminium of the machine gave some very fresh imagery, the vibrance of the grapes as well created a nice contrast among the machinery. All of the photos were taken hand held and generally ISO on 1000, sometimes a little higher to highlight the insides of the unit. I did use shutter priority on some of the action shots as the grapes cascaded through the various processes, 1/40-1/50th of a second created a little blur and gave a more vibrant image.
