COFFEE HOUSE BOTANY BAY HOTEL

A lot of the hotels and public houses now have coffee houses inside, producing authentic coffee and supplying all varieties of espressos, lattes etc. I took the opportunity during the shoot to get some portraits of the staff and the waiter shown was on his way with a coffee order, so ideal for the entry for todays espresso shot.
