CANTERBURY CHRIST CHURCH UNIVERSITY GRADUATION PHOTOGRAPHY

The first series of photographs were taken at the main Christ Church University campus, some close up and full length portraits which will be used for poster campaigns, these showed a cross section of ages and nationalities. Afterwards a short walk over to Canterbury Cathedral for a mix of student photos against the Cathedral along with some casual images of students enjoying the big day with family and friends.
I had Nik from the design team with me as some of the images would be specific to certain layouts that he would be using the photos for, these would be for brochures, press and web use. The photos covered portrait and landscape, this gives the press and design team flexibility depending on the space that they have available. The weather was overcast so on occasion I used some fill in flash, under the Cloisters in the Cathedral the light was beautiful, soft and lent itself to some narrow depth of field portraits.
