MARINE HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY WHITSTABLE

26/03/2013
The photography was covered over the day and the brief was to capture everything that the hotel and restaurant has to offer. With Shepherd Neame employees invited to a special open day it provided ideal opportunities to show the bar, restaurant and meeting rooms in full flow throughout the day. A lot of the photography was off the cuff and seeing what opportunities presented their selves on the day, with this in mind the 24-70mm was on the camera all day, and for most of the duration attached to the Giottos tripod, ideal for image blur and the room interior photographs.

In between service I covered some detail shots showing the attention to detail that had gone in to finishing off the hotel interior, with port hole mirrors and plenty of marine artefacts around the rooms their was no shortage of props on offer. The shoot finished early evening with drinks at the bar and dinner service in the restaurant. Another visit will happen early summer if not before depending on when we get some sunshine to cover people enjoying the stunning sea views.
