LENLEYS' OF CANTERBURY FURNITURE STORE PHOTOGRAPHY

The modern showrooms are large, spacious and show a wealth of furniture and accessories to furnish any home. With two floors, totalling 40,000 sq ft, allow Lenleys' to display 60 upholstery groups, 100 different tables, 30 different beds, 20 bedrooms and countless furnishing accessories like prints, mirrors and objet d’art. The store also has its own Cafe along with the addition of Hillside Interiors and Umbermaster kitchens providing a mix of furniture and units to compliment the range of furnishings throughout the store.
I covered a range of portraits first of all which highlighted the managers and long serving staff, some who have been at the store for over thirty years. Next stage was to cover some wider photographs of the interior space, highlighting the various set ups within the shop. These were taken with the camera set on the tripod with up to five second exposures, lastly some detail shots which can be added on to the website or used as images for marketing to promote the diversity of Lenleys'.
