The first Super Car Sunday took place at Brooklands today with some of the most iconic super cars ever produced. As usual with any super car event Ferrari's graced the paddock and grounds at Brooklands and with an Enzo, F40, F50 and other style icons they are still every ones favourite marque. An ultra rare Maserati MC12 did appear though which almost stole the limelight, with a couple of new McLaren MP4-12C's and a Merecedes Gullwing it was going to be a busy day covering static and action shots of some of these cars covering test hill and the sweeping circuit at Mercedes World.

For a first attempt between Brooklands and Auto Italia magazine the event was a great success, not ony with the cars that graced the show but also with the number of people that attended the show, the great weather also helped, maybe it wasn't quite summer bit the day remained dry and the sun did appear on a few occasions. Looking forward to next years show and also the Motorsport day at Brooklands in September.
