AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LONDON MOTO EXPO

14/06/12
The event has taken off over the last few years and is a great advert for the dealers and manufacturers among the hub of London's bank and business fraternity. The brief today was to cover the cars showing branding, people and some wider set the scene photos. With this in mind the 17-40mm lens stayed on the whole time, providing some nice wide images of the vehicles in situ and out on the road doing invitation only test drives. Had a chance to drive an Aston Martin Rapide, the engine built by hand is a 6.0-litre V12 that produces 470 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 443 pound-feet of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. Great to have a drive in the car and a shame didn't have time to drive some of the others.Looking forward to covering a Lamborghini historic event in London for HR Owen where a mass of legendary and modern Lambo's will be on display throughout the week in London, culminating at Marble Arch on Saturday week.
